Care

All Artemesia pieces have been machine washed and dried prior to shipping unless otherwise noted. Additional shrinkage should be minimal.

Please care for your item by hand or machine washing in cold water. Hanging to dry and then fluffing in a dryer will soften your piece. Entire drying in a dryer on low heat is okay, but may cause a small amount of additional shrinkage. Immediately hanging after removal from the dryer will minimize wrinkles.

Returns

Items may be returned within 7 days of arrival for a refund, within 30 days for a credit or exchange. Returned items must be in unused condition with original tags intact and in original packaging where appropriate. Approval by phone or email is necessary before sending items back. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment or a gift card within 7 days of receipt of return.

Please pack your return/exchange carefully- we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping. Artemesia is not responsible for return shipping fees. We are also not responsible for compensation of lost packages in transit to us without proof of delivery.

Sale merchandise is final sale.

  • Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Shoes must be returned in original packaging.
  • Make sure to print and include your return authorization email in return package.
  • Ship return using carrier of your choice. We recommend insuring the package for the full retail value (as Artemesia is not liable for lost packages) and retaining your tracking number for reference.

Our web office is open Monday – Friday, 11 am – 4 pm EST. If you don’t catch us during our business hours, please leave a message. All emails and messages will be answered within 24 hours.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat fee of $8.00 per order, or free for orders over $300. Most orders will ship the same day if ordered before 2pm EST except for weekends and holidays, in which case the order will ship the next business day. Once shipped, packages generally take 3 to 5 days to arrive. Please contact us if you require international or expedited shipping. Please note that orders over $600 require a signature.

We ship to most countries outside the US for a flat fee of $30. International shipping typically takes two weeks, however timing varies. Clients are responsible for any additional charges such as customs, taxes or duties incurred during shipping.

Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

Please also note that we have the right to deny a return if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Item(s) must be unworn with tags still intact. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund/credit will not be granted.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share your information and we do not use it for any reason other than processing your order. We do not send additional emails unless it is pertaining to your order or if you have signed up for our newsletter.
