Shipping, Returns and Exchanges 

Shipping

All online orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after an order is placed. All orders over $250 will receive automatic free shipping. Orders being shipped outside of the US are subject to additional shipping fees.  

All packages will receive a tracking number sent to the customer via email once the order is packed and out the door. Make sure your order is complete and perfected prior to checking out. Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled however if you are not happy with your purchase you can return via our website.  

Returns

We hope you love your new items! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, items may be returned within 7 days of arrival for a refund, within 14 days for a credit or exchange. 

Returned items must be in unused condition with original tags intact and in the original packaging where appropriate. There will be an $8 USD return shipping charge for online returns.

Sale merchandise is final sale. 

Exchanges

Need to switch out your items? Exchanges can be made within 14 days of arrival for any reason and can be completly through our return portal or through contacting customer service. 

Returned items must be in unused condition with original tags intact and in the original packaging where appropriate. There will be no additional fee for return shipping if instant credit is used through the return portal.

Sale merchandise is final sale. 

Price Adjustments

At Artemesia, our team takes exceptional pride to ensure each hand sewn item meets our highest expectations. We sew a finite number of styles, and encourage our customers to procure their favorites when they fall in love with an item to ensure they get the style, size and color of their choice.

We are a small batch locally produced slow fashion brand; our practices accommodate a fair-minded return and exchange option. We are unable to offer price adjustments.
