Shipping, Returns and Exchanges 

Shipping

Our aim is to ship online orders within 1-3 business days once an order is received. We ship with USPS Priority Mail or equivilant. Orders over $250 automatically qualify for free shipping. Orders being shipped outside of the US are subject to additional shipping fees.  

An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order is packed and ready to ship. Once an order is placed it can not easily be canceled, please reach out to our customer service for assistance or questions: hello@artemesiamade.com

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new items, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of arrival for a refund or exchange.

Returned or exchanged items must be in unused, unworn condition with original tags intact and in the original packaging where appropriate. There will be an $8 USD return shipping charge for online returns.

All sale merchandise is final sale with no returns or exchanges.

Price Adjustments

We are a small batch, locally produced slow fashion brand. Customer service is a high priority, and our practices accommodate a fair-minded return and exchange option. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer price adjustments.
