Carmen Dress SALE

This dress does not come as it is shown in photos. The sleeves are so small that I cannot even fit my forearms into them. They are hanging and baggy on the model. Beware as this company happily takes your money, but does not care about customer satisfaction. They offer a luxury priced product, poorly made and say you should have called them to see if it would fit you before ordering? There is no wonder that their sale product sits on their website for years. Once they actually sell it they hold onto your money and do not care that you are not satisfied. They should take a lesson from Bryn Walker and learn to produce a quality product in consistent, realistic sizing that is worth the high price tag.

I love this dress. My blouse sizes are typically size small. My waist and hip measurements are size L (sigh). The size small in this dress fits well. It has a comfortable, slight loose fit. The material and color are gorgeous.

I bought this during the 20% off sale as a treat to myself for my birthday. I am disappointed in the quality of the sewing on this dress. The neckline facing is sewn very unevenly. There is a 1/4" difference in the depth of the facing from one side of the front to the other. The serging thread inside does not match the fabric, and one part of the hem is not stitched down. This is not fast fashion and is not priced as such and this dress quality is just sloppy.
